A swimming pool or spa is one of the most amazing investments you can make in your yard. It typically is the centerpiece of your garden space and, when designed correctly, can provide you with much more benefit than simply a watering hole to cool off.
All of the pools we design serve many purposes, whether the customer is aware that we do this intentionally or not, we try and make the pool, or spa, much more than a one-dimensional element. What we mean is that we always design the element to double as a waterfeature or fountain for when its' use will be simply visual or integrate in specifications that make it great for exercising. Sometimes the design will call out for a beach entry or Baja shelf to layout in a chaise lounge. Designing in elements like an infinity edge or waterfall lend to a natural vibe and when topography allows can make the pool feel like it has always been there.
Shapes make an amazing difference as well. Although our first priority is designing a pool that fits the family's lifestyle and is functional, a shape is extremely important in conveying and being cohesive with the theme that we chose for the rest of the landscape. For example, a Mediterranean styled yard would have a more Old World formal shape to it than a tropical lagoon feel. There are many factors that play into the best pool for your family, and as part of our design phase, we will go over your family's requirements in detail to ensure that we include all of the bells and whistles that make a pool so fun to have.
Some of the elements that we design into our pools are:
Solena has built many pools over the years and one thing that we have always felt is that you can never sacrifice quality for price. For that reason, we use nothing less than the best Pentair pool equipment for our projects, as well as the appropriate sized plumbing for versatility and longevity. Our pools always include grey quartz plaster, in-house controllers, a spa-side switch and salt system chlorinators for the most user-friendly pools possible.
